can anyone recommend 15mm foot figures, armed with muskets, pistols, halberds, etc. suitable for The King's Musketeers or The Cardinals Guard. I would appreciate manufacturers name – range – item number if possible. Malcolm |

Just seen a HOTT army using these figures: they are very nice indeed. |

The only other option to Blue Moon I am aware of is Essex. But that is being generous; there is no option to Blue Moon, really. Of course, you can quibble that they are really 18 mm but why bother. Nicest range for the period you are likely to find. |

Thank you, I already have the blue moon range, but they do not provide the figures I specifically mentioned in my opening address, i.e. – muskets, pistols, halberds, etc. Malcolm |

I'm not sure if you're interested in building units, but maybe have a look at QRF's ECW and 30 Years War range link The PS40 Foot Officers have a few figures with halberds. In the dedicated ECW range they have some nice dismounted dragons (with horses and holders (ECW12). |

Just took a look at the dismounted 'cardinal's guard' figures and I can see a fairly easy convert on four of the five figures to carry pistols or halberds – and even the fifth can convert to carry a musket at trail. Malcolm, any luck otherwise finding what you seek? |
