I am wondering if they are trying to condense their stuff into a single cold-war line. Combining their Vietnam and Arab-Isreali War.

A sale from the manufacturer and that is a pretty substantial one too.

At 40% off, I might be able to fill out my helo forces, or should I go for the M551s?

At 40% off, I think the answer to that question is "yes." wink

So will this include Cold War gone hot useable stuff like the 155mm Paladin, M113s etc?, M48S etc…

jgibbons06 Mar 2014 6:52 p.m. PST

I would think that sale will make them popular with retail stores who might be holding FOW Vietnam inventory….

That's a pretty deep discount as an "enticement"….

@elsyryn: True. I need another 4 UH1Bs, 4 AH1s, maybe a pair of OH6s, plus at least 3 Sheridans and a dozen M113s…

That will give me a fully skyborne force for LZ Xray, plus Air Cav and Black Horse cav for 1968 and beyond.

I don't really need any Skyraiders, I have the 1:110 scale diecast monsters.

@Sparker: The BF M109s are the earliest models, I don't know what the external changes are between 1960 and 1986. And I know that the M113s aren't right, either. I think the only European-service tanks would be the M48s.

Great, now I can complete the forces needed for my "Battle of the Bulge" game.

Took me a minute to get that reference…

Post pics or it didn't happen!

Thanks Lion but by the time mine are covered in cam nets and tool boxes etc I won't be too fussy!
