That is interesting (last image) but the Glaug is the wrong size. No way did the Glaug look that large compared to a Veritech in the show.

Glaug looks fine to me. Looks like the picture in the Macross Perfect Memory art book, and looks like my model kits standing next to each other on my shelf.

@Augustus – The scale on the TV show was constantly changing though, so it's really hard to judge based on that alone!

Considering how often the Zentraedi on foot were the same height as a Veritech, the Glaug could (and probably should) most certainly be that large in comparison.

The scales are based off of the RPG books except in one I made the Glaug larger because the cockpit looked too small when compared to the size of a Zen warrior. I used the height listed for the Glaug in the RPG books and made it to the top of the shoulders and not the top of the cannon and it looked better.

Wish I had easy access to my 1/100 scale Macross mechs. I have an Armored Valk, Tomahawk (? BT Warhammer), the Missile Phalanx, and a Glaug/Marauder.

According to Bandai/original show creators, the Glaug is so tall that the BOTTOM of the arm guns is level with the top of the heads of the Valk and Destroids.

Those are hyuuuuuuuuuuuge. They have to be, since something the size of a Valk or Destroid is supposed to fit into the body!

Here is one that I made the Glaug, MPA, and FPA to scale with what is found here and not with the RPG fluff.
