Dwarven Forge are starting a new Kickstarter – Caverns. As DF produced one of the few KickStarters I have backed that actually came in on time, I will definitely be backing this as well.

I wonder if they solved the lake/water/river pieces issue? Months ago there were discussions on the Dwarven Forge forums about this, with a couple of different ideas being thrown around, including some participation by the DF guys themselves. |

Maybe I'm just a grouch but I got tired of the spoon-feeding last time, with all of the secret goals to be "unlocked & revealed".
Give me a break. Every piece they were going to sell was planned and sculpted well in advance.
They know how to market well, for sure. But I would prefer to just see all of the stuff, figure out what amount I'm in for, then watch the freebies roll in.
A hype-free kickstarter might help to prevent last minute server crashes. |
