Who made these, and are they still in production.

They used to be sold by "50paces(dot)com" in Canada to the North American market, can't recall the trade name.

At least I think that is the identity of the sculptor, an extension of the Navigator 15mm Ranges (Now available from Magister Militum).

Is the same sculptor responsible for the Corvus Belli ranges? (The Gauls have a very similar style/size)

If they are the Strategia Nova ones, they are great little figures. Highly recommend them.

Great Links! It appears the Strategia Nova web site lists the producer as "Miniature Wars', so I guess that is the identity of the figure ranges.
