I thought I would post a couple of pics of the Lacy Home, Chatham Mansion. This is a piece from my "Between the Lines" range of American Civil War buildings in 10mm. I built this little Vignette which I found quite appealing. It is of the Lacy House which was Ambrose E. Burnside's Headquarters during the Battle of Fredricksburg on December 13, 1862. I hope you like it as well. The buildings are available on my site.

Very Nice!!!!!!!!

A stunning model. It was not Burnside's HQ. That honor (?) goes to the Phillips House, which was about a mile east and burned down in early 1863.

Major General Edwin Sumner, commander of the AoP "Right Grand Division,"
used the front lawn of Chatham to observe the slaughter of the assaults against
the Sunken Road.

So I stand corrected. It is still Chatham Mansion from the Battle of Fredericksburg and is still available on my site.

what is it made of? I presume it comes unpainted [but with directions/colors to represent actual?]

It is a resin model with metal fittings. There is very limited assembly which was done with super glue. I bought this model before I became the owner and assembled it this past weekend as a display piece. Instuctions were not included, but I will likely post some on my site. Yes, it comes unpainted.
