If you mean this one:
Then it is European (not English) and late medieval – I'd guess about 1350 – 1450. |

The conical tiled tower roof is not an English style. So, OK, if you omit that and the hoardings like this:
then it might pass as an English castle. |

I would push it back to the late 12th to 13th century. Big boom in castle building with money and ideas brought back from the Crusades. |

I agree with James, it looks a lot like the castles Edward I built in Wales to me. |
