That was suppossed to be a board for bird watching wasn't it ?  Although I agree it's poorly titled it actually shouldn't be misogynist in content since it is "For discussion of the anatomy of miniature figures.". In practice only semi-clad females are discussed. I suppose we could swamp it with discussions of GW-cartoony fantasy figures. Something like : "it says the figure is 28mm, and assuming it's a 6foot high male then to scale his hands measure 10inches across, and his fingers are 8inches long…..". Let's do it !! |

On a more serious note: domestic violence is an issue. it's usually directed against women. "Humour" is a way to direct hostility towards the target group.
I doubt if anyone here would countenance racist jokes? This is one of the things I think real men should stand up for. |
