What is the "WWI naval game program"?

Initially the program was a TRS-80 game in the late 70s. In the 80s it was converted for the Atari ST (called Skagerrak). Recently I adapted portions for miniature game support. It is gradually evolving away from the original code. The code environment is Apache OpenOffice Calc and its associated macro language (a version of BASIC).
