Does anyone know who makes metal torpedo markers? I have four that I have had for about 20 years and can't remember where I got them. They are about 3/4 by 1/2 inch ocean base with a running torpedo. They appeqr to be made for 1/600 scale but I used them for 1/2400. Any iinfo would be much appreciated. Thanks |

Sounds like the old SDD range of accessories, which are now OOP. Sadly, the guy that has the molds hasn't done anything with them. Would love to see the 1/600th SDD range available again, soon. |

I have both the SDD torpedo markers and the Houston's Ships version, which is in 1:1000/1:1200 scale. Houston's are only a little bit smaller than SDDs. Houston's should still be available. |

Why not get a bunch of pipe cleaners, say, white or light blue? Those really made the guys pucker when I was playing. Then again, we were all Sailors, so torpedo wakes were properly terrifying. |
