New blog post: Today I finished the last camel gunners for my Eastern renaissance armies (Safavid Persians & Moghuls mainly). As I've mentioned before I now have more painted camel gunners than I can possibly use.

The camel riders do look great. A fascinating troop type. Perhaps if you were to do a skirmish level game some day, you could even use all 14 of them at once. Since 50-60 of my 500 Vikings are berserkers, I can't really criticize anybody else getting a tad carried away with an unusual troop type. Grelber |

How many years has that taken Martin ;-) ? First camel gunner finished 23 May 2013 so 9 months for the camel corps. If you mean the army then I started this project as a medieval Islamic Persian DBA army in January 2008.
