Can anyone comment on the compatibility of these with any of the following 15mm ranges: Essex; Freikorps; Mirliton; Minifigs; Venexia? I am interested in comparing their overall height, heft, and sculpting quality for the Italian Wars, Burgundian Wars, and late medieval periods, e.g. around the time of Agincourt. I would also like to know if there is more than one pose per pack, or if they all look the same. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Referrals to closeup photos of the figures would be a huge help, if anyone has some. Thanks,

If their early medieval packs are any comparison, they will fit well with MiniFigs, but not necessarily in the same unit. They also come (or did come) only one pose per pack. Jim |

Well, as the saying goes, "Your milage may vary" - - different folks have different notions of what looks good together, so this is just my personal take. I have a fairly large number of OLD TTG/Alliance figures, all mixed up together with figures from Essex, Roundway, Wargames Foundry, Irregular and Jacobites, many mixed even on the same DBX-type element, and I like all of those together just fine. FYI, though you didn't ask, I find Tin Soldiers and Museum Miniatures to be a tad too big to look right with the former, so I've put those on elements of their own, because I just liked some of their figures too much to keep them out. Even so, they still stand out a bit in an "army", if you're just sitting there sipping at a shot of "Old Overcoat" and looking at them. My experience is that, in the heat of battle, I tend not to notice the diferences. |

Ooops, sorry, I left out Mirilitons, which I have mixed in with the elements of TTG etc. as well. |

I've just posted a few pictures of Tabletop Miniatures figures (all anglo saxons / danish) here: groups.msn.com/LeadorDead I'd agree with the comments above that they mix OK with most other 15mm brands - just not with the ones that are particularly small or tall. I haven't mixed them with Minifigs - the Minifigs I have are quite graceful whereas the TTM figures are much more rounded and robust looking. |

Take a stroll down the High Street on a Saturday morning and observe how much people vary in size and shape. It'll set your mind at rest on the subject of differing interpretations of 15mm scale. |

True, but with miniatures the size variations in equipment and weapons are more troublesome. |
