I often like to drop into the Dawghouse to see what's got peoples' goats – but this person's comments I just don't find funny. I can't tell the context because the link to the message is not working. But as the parent of a "Special Needs" son and a compassionate human being with a sense of social justice – these comments (not read in context) are just WRONG.
12 days a member and comes out with these comments are just wrong! Boot them, permanently. |

For the record, while I did get into it with him about his lack of humanity, I did not report him. I reported myself for breaking the Troll Rule, and got a nice PM yesterday morning telling me my complaint was resolved. |

What confuses me is exactly what wargaming topic could have been being discussed that would bring that sort of crappy comment. I mean, how can you go from "Hey I am looking for a good line of 28mm Hessians" to what he wrote. Weird. |

It was a pretty short leap, too. He didn't ramp up to become a !@#$!!, he started off in the first or second posting. I work with construction workers, and sailors, and was a Marine, and none of those groups pull the "we're all manly men here, lets slang everybody" card so fast. If you want to be mates in those groups, you need to show why the group should give a  about you and anything you say, FIRST. Jumping in and giving everybody doesn't do it. Clowns and haters don't get the love. The pity of it is that Mike had a good question, that he ed away with his hatin' tone… |

What a pity the thread was removed, it was the most entertaining series of posts for quite a while, deprives the DHing of context and frankly OFM's take on ancients army lists, in fact army lists in general, was a rare gem. Boo for deleting the thread, maybe removing an overtly egregious post? But then quoting it in the DHing just doesn't make sense. regards

That was when his accounts were Locked. Julia didn't feel the need to go back and unDawghouse him, as she had other forum issues to deal with. |
