Are the AT-ST's & the snowspeeders from the Original Star Wars Risk Game about the same size as the ones that came in the 1990's MPC plastic Battle for Hoth set?

Green beanie,

I just measured the pieces you mentioned from the Risk game. The Snowspeeder is 21mm long and the AT-ST is 26mm tall.
