Why the don't they do a Rogue Squadron series? That would be solid Star Wars gold, unlike this drivel. Oh, wait. All Star Wars now needs to be targeted at 10-12 year olds who demand SW toys. I give up.

At least we have X-Wing… You have no idea how BADLY I'd love to play an open-world Star Wars flight simulator. Something like Elite/Oolite in the SW universe, with an X-Wing-style campaign. On PC and moden consoles. The awesomeness…

There's an interesting phenomenon with Star Wars that's been consistent across the decades. Any element that folks don't like gets decried as 'They just want to sell toys!' And any element that folks do like gets met with the cry 'Where are the toys!'

Yep, we saw a 30 second clip of a cartoon and how many people have ripped on it and said its trash and not going to watch it??? My son and I suffered through the first season of the Clone Wars series when we should have given up after seeing the 30 second trailer. I guess we just have higher standards than most people today. As I am getting older, I no longer want to waste the little time I have left.

Now we just want different Star Wars toys.
