As I have said far too many times in the past
Martin now has a deadline. The TV show is lopping ff huge hunks of meandering story lines. Martin has said that he sees the train rushing at him. We'll see. On another note, the Blue Ray etc stuff will be released tomorrow, along with 5 promised "deleted scenes". |

Why doesn't Martin commission the show writers to finish his series. They certainly have a flair for brevity. |

I guess it's an acquired taste? I've been hearing about Game of Thrones but have never watched a single minute of it until today, when I watched a few trailers and previews on YouTube. Do dragons really grow up that quickly?

John, who is the guy who charges on horse against Kaleese? And other one, the "Night Watch" wasn't decimated on the snow fields? Who and how many of them remain in the "Wall"? Thanks in advance for your guidance my friend. Amicalement Armand |

Daniel Abraham.A great writer in his own right. If I had a million dollars I would bet that Daniel Abraham is the heir, the one one who would finish the books in the case
I think he is the only man in the Universe ,beside Martin, who has some concept how all is going to end.So if we want to know more,we need to kidnap Mr Abraham. |

John, who is the guy who charges on horse against Kaleese? I have no idea. And other one, the "Night Watch" wasn't decimated on the snow fields? Mormont led out an expeditionary force composed of most of the Rangers. HBO is fiddling with the numbers. The Stewards and Builders remained behind. Theoretically all are able to hold a weapon. In the book, the defense also included the civilians and "ladies" of Molestown. Jon is on the Wall, of course. From the trailer, it seems that his status is different from the book. The trailer implies he is leading a vengeance force against the rebels in the Watch. No comment. I would just be guessing at this point. I have read that HBO has notes from Martin on how he intends to "finish" the series. "Just in case." They bloody well better, if they have any brains! It's only millions of dollars at stake. Here we will learn that Dany is Jon's aunt. |

That would be Oznak zo Pahl, according to the books (A Storm of Swords, Chapter 57). |

He's a champion of one of the slave cities Dany confronts. In the books he confronts a character who is not in the mini-serias – so we'll see who take the challengers place. TomT |
