I cannot find any reference regarding artillery teams for the 1813 Leipzig campaign At least what type of headgear as this is for my 6mm army which consists of 6 foot 1 heavy and 1 horse batteries Any help appreciated You may view the Swedes entering on turn 18 in the battle for Grossbeeren here link |

The Swedes were in a motley state as far as uniforms were concerned in 1813. I believe drivers should have had the corsehut style top hat but a a captured French shako or Russian Kiwer is as likely. |

Horse artillery at least wore shakos – they were drilled to ride in line abreast and impersonate a body of cavalry, until they would unlimbered. (Source: A visit to the Swedish artillery museum in, oh, years ago) |
