Some of you may have picked up the Bergpanzer Tiger from a UK newsagent in the Military Vehicles collectable magazine recently – here's some details on my blog of how I managed to "reverse engineer" one (actually two..) back into being proper Tiger 1's link

Excellent work, and a useful solution to the problem of using the model from the magazine |

Excellent work as the above poster commented. What puzzled me was why did you get the magazine in the first place if the Berg Tigers were not wanted?:) Excellent conversions and very nicely finished . |

I got the magazine because the same issue also came with a very nice 1/72nd Stryker (there's a link to pictures of it in the blog post). The magazine itself is pretty pants, but at £5.99 GBP for 2 models
Effectively the bergpanzer was sort of a "bonus" – and this turned it into something actually worth having ! |

Cheers that's what foxed me as you normally only get one model per mag. Great stuff ! |
