This is a conversion I´ve made for my 10mm Gondor army using Pendraken figures (roman ballista and medieval crew): link It look OK besides Copplestone figures :-) Cheers! |

They look very nice. I have a bunch of those ballistiae for my late era Romans – but need to get them painted up – your colours make them look very good. One thing I have done is add a couple of washers to the base of the ballista to give it a touch more height, as they look a little low 'as is' to me. What rules are you building your LoTR armies for? |

Hi Fred! I'm not totally sure, but I think I'll go with Hail Caesar or a Warmaster Ancients mod (only one base). Probably the first. Cheers! |

Hail Caesar is a solid choice – we used it for 10mm fantasy games for a couple of years. Our Fantasy mods are on the yahoo group, but most are pretty obvious – especially for LoTR were you don't have much in the way of battlefield magic. |
