Is there a noticeable difference between 1/700 and 1/720 scale plastic naval vessels? Thank you. |

Very minor. I found the difference more in the various manufacturers. |

The difference is minimal. A 600' ship in either scale goes: 1/700 = 10.28 inches 1/720 = 10 inches Like DsGilbert says

The only time it might become an issue is if you have 2 ships of the same class in each scale (say, 2 Fletchers in each scale). Other than that, it shouldn't be a problem (I know I wouldn't notice it). |

Even then that is only about a 3mm difference. |
