Thanks everyone! @Mike To be honest I'm not a hundred percent sure, but my understanding is the marines in North America when conducting skirmishes or acting on patrols and guarding key points they did not use a standard, but did use one in the few formal open battle engagements they took part in Montcalm's army. Anyhow, I included one as it gives a dramatic effect and the flag is nice.:-) Christopher |

I think there were 2 battalions of Compagnies Franches de la Marine were with Montcalm's army at Quebec, the 1st with colours and the 2nd without. Nicely done. |
