Hey fellows! Years ago I did a 10mm Pendraken project I then sold off to raise money for charity. One of their sculpts was a running greatcoat fellow I applied a Soviet flag to. Looked AWESOME! This year one of my projects is Chain of Command Plastic Soldier Company 1/72 Russians. Bought two boxes and one of heavy infantry as well as a set of three T34s. Long story short, whether in a boxed set by another model maker, plastic or metal, any idea where I can source a running 20mm/1/72 flag bearer miniature? And Commissars with megaphones in the same scale? If anyone has a half dozen for trade happy to investigate that too, otherwise just a "point in the right direction" will be equally welcome. Thanks guys! Stevo |

Specifically, this is the look I'd like to achieve
link But can't seem to find anyone who sells THQ miniatures online
And Commissar-wise, the choices seem pretty restrictive too. Can anyone offer some guidance? Thanks! |

The standard bearer looks like a modified rifleman, trimmed down and re-equipped with a pole & flag
.. From Battlefield Miniatures, link STR21 Command – Commissars with pistol and megaphone, standard bearer in greatcoat Friend or Foe Miniatures also do an NKVD pack with 'Officer & guards'
.but no pics. Maybe check RCW figure ranges for standard bearer alternatives

Great links guys! SOV4 I'm ordering in a week or so from CP, as I will STR21 from Battlefield once the owner replies with a photo of the code. Would CP take into consideration sending me just the banner bearers as I've ZERO use for the other three figures? The plastics I may pick up further down the line, thanks all for the links and guidance Stevo |
