Twenty plastic orcs for about the same price as the GW set of ten plastic orcs. Not a bad deal. |

12 instead of 10 rather your money instead of mine if they had 20 instead of 10 then!! What's so special about the fantasy and sci-fi genre that makes their product always 3 or 4 (sometimes more) more expensive than historical? |

I bought some of Shieldwolf's trolls last year and was very happy with them, I have some GW savage orcs but I am getting some of these for the variety, really like the weapons and faces. |

What's so special about the fantasy and sci-fi genre that makes their product always 3 or 4 (sometimes more) more expensive than historical? All the historical research they need to put in to do a proper fantasy range? Seriously, I dunno. Maybe fantasy screams to have more detail which would certainly add to cost. |

Thank you for all your kind and generous comments. And for the link uploaded, although we'll be posting even more pictures (less blury I hope). In the meanwhile we have uploaded a picture of one of our sprues. |

Here's the sprue picture and artwork I found online
I have dedicated a blogpost on my blog containing interesting information such as box content, more pictures of asssembled miniatures, European distributor & retailer, the company used for the tooling/ production and last but not least the expected release date! You can find everything together here: link Cheers |

So if I interpret the pictures correctly, the lower jaw is a piece separate from the rest of the head? Interesting design decision. |

Yes, allowing for more poses and variation but of course also adding an extra step during the assembling progress. Not that I mind. |

Not bad, plastic barbarians would probably get me, though their current ones are a bit too Chaos Maurauder (TM) for my tastes. Kings of War is my current game of choice but I'd be open to something a little more flexable and their campaign system sounds interesting. The KoW siege and campaign rules are very much in their first edition and have their faults. |

I think these guy are without doubt very eye catching. Something about them that makes me want to keep looking. That means Must Have to me. |
