I am looking for a domestic option for plastics injection of 15-40mm plastics figures. It is amazing how difficult finding a domestic source has been. Its easy to find Chinese manufacturer but I cannot find a good resource for USA manufacturers.

Can anyone help?

Defiance Games? They are US based.

No, sorry that was just wrong, you shouldn't even joke about it.

You are a very, very, bad man Chacrinha, but a funny one. Avoid Definance Games like the plague.

If spin cast plastic is an option, Ed at Trollforged is another US manufacturer.

If you have the molds and just need the plastics factory there is one here in Iowa.

Have you looked for "Mold & Die" companies on google. I put in that on google maps and there are at least a dozen in my area (Ravenna, Ohio).

You might have to call a few. The best way I could get any kind of rough prices was to say the following "I am looking for a ball park quote, nothing to hold you to". That works has worked well for me. The last thing they want to do is give a high level estimate and be held accountable to it.

I think you will want to have as much as you can figured out before you start talking to people.
If your figure digital, or just in physical form
Is it separated into part
Do you have parting lines figured out
please say you don't need slides and undercuts
Plastic (I hope Polystyrene, High Impact PolyStyrene (HIPS))
How many parts/sprues
