Hi guys, I am interested in buying a copy of Nuts! Europe 1944 Second Edition and Nuts! War Against Japan Second Edition. How long have these editions been out? Is a third edition planned in the near future? I do not want to buy the second edition and then have a newer come one out shortly thereafter ? I was just wondering if anyone knew of something down the pipe. Thanks for any input. Tony |

Hi Tony: I don't know of any new editions planned. The change from 1st to 2nd had mostly to do with in-sight checks and sequencing. As is they play just great – some of my favorite rules. I'm sure Ed will be along with a definitive answer for you. |

Hi Tony,
Yep, there will be a NUTS Final Version as people want the final THW mechanics to be updated in NUTS. It's later this year, in a couple of months or so. Give Chain Reaction Final Version a look. It's a watered down generic version of the Reaction System and check out the forum to answer questions. link link FYI – All of the current NUTS supplements will be totally compatible with the new version. |

Ed – will existing Nuts! owners need to purchase again or will there be a download with the adjusted mechanics to lot into the 2nd ed rulebook? |

There will be a free PDF download for NUTS 2 players that can bring them up to speed. I want to update the last few remaining titles to the Final Version mechanics (came out 2 years ago) and NUTS (5 years old), Six Gun Sound (6 years) and Montjoie (7 years) are the last ones to get the treatment. |
