For my upcoming game, Fighter Wing, here are a few sample stat cards (2.5x3.5"):

Any significance to the rows of blocks? Sorry, a Full Thrust fanboy.

Might be hard to achieve given the different sizes of the ships with varying structural strength & number of weapons & boxes, BUT:

I´d try to use a uniform layout where everything is arranged on the same place on the card. I would have to search for my ECM rating for every different ship class card – one has them in the upper middle part of the card, one in the lower middle part.

And why is the Cutlass Missile Rack Turret listed BELOW Defensive measures when every other ship has missile turrets listed above Defense stats? Yes, I get that AMM is probably more of a defensive weapon class, but I´d still arrange it with the other missile turrets in order to avoid breaking up the overall scheme.

Apart from that, I cannot make any comment on the values as I have no idea what your game mechanisms are and at what level you´re going to play. Is that F a denominator for Frigate or Fighter?

Do the ships really need 50 Structure points, or is there any way to scale that down without losing an awful lot of detail? That would also free up space for a better layout of the other content.

But that´s just a laymans opinion on a topic completely unrelated to what I currently game :)
Hope that helps and provokes some thoughts.

Cheers,
BG

Do you have any ship art? Even a top down silhouette of the fighter on the card would give it a lot more appeal.

This is a spin-off of my Fleets at War! game but at a fighter-level scale.

The cards are used to keep track of each ship, marking off ammo and superstructure points (the boxes). The DD and PM have quite a bit more hit points due to their size relative to the fighters (ex: the Rapier).

Each ship has it's own counters (separate from the stat cards):
