Any one happen to know if there are any companies producing AT-AT's & AT-PT's or TIE Tanks in scale with the old MPC plastic Battle for Hoth Battle Set? If I had to guess I would say the figures in the set are 10mm but I do not think that the AT-AT's or the AT-ST in the box are in scale with the figs. I tried checking Shapeways but they did not list a scale just stated in scale with X-wing. I look forward to your help. Some more snowspeeders would be nice also.

I agree the infantry are roughly 10mm. I think Micro Machine Action Fleet AT-ATs are to scale, and regular Micro Machine AT-STs. Both are a bit bigger than the ones included in the kit. Your mileage may vary, but those look good to me next to the Hoth kit figures. No idea about the AT-PT.

F-Toys made a set of 1/144 scale models, which translates to approx. 12mm miniatures. Not spot on, but perhaps close enough. They had AT-AT and tie crawlers, but no AT-PT.
