Bought it last night, very impressed on first reading. All the mechanics are there, and it's then a case of the players fleshing out the personalities that are generated. I especially liked the 'meeting without coffee' option for carpeting an incompetent (or unlucky) subordinate

The design is matched specifically for Chain of Command, but should actually work for any skirmish-level game. |
