Hi all Well its that time again!!!! I have spent the 1st month planning my lead mountain so I have an achievable target this year. My plan is to be in profit by 725 figures by Dec 31st (my profit from last year). After sorting out my projects this should allow me to complete some of them as well. It also means I have to paint everything I buy over the year to prevent the mountain getting bigger

I painted 20 figures for myself, plus a French Napoleonic general for a friend. I also painted two Grand Manner houses for my Dark Ages armies. I didn't buy anything! Ok, that was because I was still paying off the stuff I put on my credit card for the Black Friday sales. As for February, I'm still waiting for one item backordered from the sales, and I'll probably buy something at the local convention. Mainly, though, I'll be saving money for a big order of Vikings. In addition to this, I actually sold off 18 figures at an auction. I've already started on the February figures, so I'm feeling pretty optimistic about the next month. I usually paint 250 to 300 figures a year. Grelber |

Well this year I would like to be well ahead on my painting, and to finish up some projects. We will see if that happens. I did manage to finish my Impetus Sassanid Persian army this month. So here is the tally; Bought: 12 28mm Welsh for Saga Painted: 48 15mm Sassanid Archers YTD +36 Great way to start the year. I would count my figures on hand but there are just too many, lol. |

My pledge is a little different, because my hobby activity has gone in a whole new direction. I am now building 1/48 scale models, mostly aircraft. My pledge is, no new kit until the current kit is finished assembly and undergoing final painting. For instance, today is payday. I would have liked to get the cute little Tamiya 1/48 Schwimmwagen at my FLHS, even got wife approval for it and everything. But my 1/48 J7W1 Shinden is still sitting in the box unassembled, because I have pnuemonia and am just not feeling up to modelling. So the schwimmwagen will have to wait. |

I managed to dodge all the great sales and so did not add to the lead pile for January. I did get some time in on the paint desk but ended up getting the sicks and did not finish anything. Bought: 0
Painted: 0 I did get a couple dozen cleaned, primed and started the base coats so hopefully Feb's #'s will look better! |

Finally bought the last Kryomek vehicle I needed to finish my proxy OGRE macrotures forces. Still have to paint a few of them. I bought two 1:56 Casspirs from Laser Cut Card.
And I have made a little progress on other figs, but they are not finished. |

Bought 2 boxes of 15mm modern at the bring and buy. Also 4 packs of GHQ modern infantry. Painted all the GHQ and have based 44 stands.
Also a bunch of already painted micro armor from a friend who wanted to get rid of it. February's plan
More 1/285 infantry and a GZG order (got to use the discount coupon). So a big negative for January. |

Bought: Rebel minis had a sale in December, so I got the equivalent of 32 25mm figures in 15mm sci fi.
