I use USPS to ship packages. But the site seems broken – you can't select service type or go to the next step after entering the address. Is it just me? Am I missing something? And the online chat help has been down for 2 days as well. |

I don't use that site much because it was so broken. I use stamps.com now. Today I'm a bit worried about actual USPS being broken. Pensacola is covered in a sheet of ice and no way to remove it. So I'm not sure if I get a pickup today or not. |

Apparently they did some changes this week that threw me as well. After you fill in the address situation, there should be on the same page something showing services. There should be a get pricing or some such button, which will then allow you to choose services. All in all, not a very helpful change. |

You have to enter a value even if you don't want the insurance. Gave me fits as well. |

Okay, I found one thing. The box where you enter package value is NOT where it shows but there is a "ghost" box just below that. So I got a label printed. But now you can't buy international postage online I guess – you have to go to the PO. Bummer as that takes FOREVER while they type in the customs info – and 1/4 of my packages go out of country! Yeah, new design totally blows. May go back to standing in line with a good book. |

Just used this a few days ago and it went well. Just tried it again and it won't let me get past the first screen! I've entered info in every field that it has and there is no 'confirm' or 'submit' or any type of button to go to the next screen. I'm a firm believer in govt services, but it will be no surprise when this institution goes out of business. |

Suppose the wonk who designed the ACA Website offered to "help" USPS with their updated Website? And that better be a TEMPORARY glitch on Overseas Postage. Like Extra Crispy, at least a third of my business is Over There, and having to get back in line would be a MAJOR GUMMINT CROCK. TVAG |

Well, now you know which contract the company that did the government healthcare site got next ;-) |

EC, You can do international still; it is just a pain to get to. The initial screen does not show an option for first class but if you click on the get shipping rates button then first class mysteriously appears. |

I had an issue. They added some things. Follow steps carefully. |

I had an issue on Monday the 1st time I used the new site as it would not let me check out. I just used it this morning, and I made it through and printed out a label. Still a little wonky though, so hopefully they work out the bugs. |

I tried to do Click-n-Ship today, and could not get through the process. I normally ship a package at least once a week using that program, so this is a real pain. For some reason my email address AND phone number now show up as part of the return address. When I tried to do the "Live Chat", I got a response saying "No Agents Were Available"!! |

Haven't had luck with the live chat, but I did just ship a package first class international without having to jump through any special hoops, so the terd has been polished up a bit. |

I have had some problems. On my internationals I am putting the address in the address book first and then importing it in
