Here are some of the first of my fictional figures for the Hesse Seewald army, the IR1 von Glasenap Musketeer Regiment as well as Prinz Friedrich, on horseback.

These are mostly Minden SYW Prussian infantry. Prinz Friedrich is the Minden Hanoverian Mounted Colonel figure.

And from an earlier posting, the Hesse Seewald Garde zu Fuss, inspired by the Saxon Leibgrenadier Garde uniforms.

Lovely Work! I hope the troops of Hesse Steward fight gallantly for their king!

It's all just gorgeous. I can't start another scale for SYW though, I can't. :-)

I like those grenadiers very much. Looking forward to seeing more of them.

Any chance of a new rendition of Milady de Winter riding sidesaddle and walking, now that Minden is absorbed in Fife & Drum?

@abdul: I could probably add Her to the painting queue soon. I hadn't thought of delving into that story line with my Minden Hesse Seewald Project, but as long as I'm painting a fictional army, why not? evil grin

BTW, I will be posting more pictures of von Glasenap regiment over this coming weekend. I completed an officer, 2 drummers and one awesome looking zimmerman (one of my favorite figures in the Minden range).

@JOFM: I will probably use GMB Designs Hessian flags from their AWI range.
