I stumbled across this while Googling.

Could be offensive to some people I guess but the amount of work that has gone into the Dioramas is incredible.

Apologies if someone else has already posted these links.

Edit, sorry the links did not work because of the Bleep of matic. The McD's Diorama is a few pages down.

Disturbing

It had the feel of some of those renaissance paintings of hell had. I thought Hitler being baptised in blood was pretty evocative, but what did Stephen Hawking ever do to deserve to go to Hell?

I've seen some of his work at the Adelaide Art Gallery. Damn disturbing images but a very fine model maker.

what Brian asked!
I do applaud the diligence need to finish something like that

I admire the imagination and hard work that went into this, not to mention the attention to detail. But I must agree with one of the other poster's negative observations (moonmoon221, about twelve comments down as of Jan. 16, 2014.) He believes the diorama's creators are shock artists. So as impressive as this diorama seems to be at first glance, it ultimately doesn't grab me, as much as I'm interested in model-building.

Again, I appreciate creativity and hard work. But I don't accept this diorama as truth. The part about the Nazis being evil is valid, and so is the part about hell being miserable. But hell just isn't greater than Jesus (note the last shot in this video.)

In short, don't believe every part of every diorama (or work of art) you see!

I first read about this on one of the modeling forums years ago. It represents an amazing amount of work.

But hell just isn't greater than Jesus.
Who would win in a fight, Superman or Mighty Mouse?

Given that I don't believe in heaven or hell any more than I do a made up D&D world, I'll take your word for it.

That is pretty disturbing, I like the picture of the dad taking his son to see it.
