I am just about to begin making a 15th Century Wallachian army for DBA (Vlad the Impaler's). I have had a look around and can't seem to locate an Osprey that covers this particular army, is there one? Failing that can anyone point me in the direction of painting guide for the figures? I am more at home in the 20th Century, so I'm a little lost here!

I have the Osprey medieval Russian book. It covers this.

There is coverage in Hungary and the Fall of Eastern Europe – which covers far more than just Hungary.

You could also take a dekko at the Warhammer Historical book "Vlad the Impaler", a fair few colour photographs of miniatures adorn its pages.
