Here is a battle from one of the Dennis Mckiernan books Into The Forge. The Battle of Mineholt North. It is a battle that involves Dwarfs, Men, Elves and an evil Horde. The battle was a lot more fun to make than reading the actual battle in the book. But it gave me enough info to make the battle. link Tom |

Thank you, I had a lot of fun making it. I plan on gaming a few more games in the Mithgar world, then I am jumping to the Warhammer world. I am doing a dwarf campaign in gaming. Again, I bought that Scotia Grendel dwarf fortress about 8 years ago, painted it up, boxed it up and forgot about it, so this is its first game….finally. Tom |

I sent the author of the book Dennis Mckiernan, the link to the page, and he thought it looked great, but he did notice my dwarf cannons (that are not in the book)…other than that he liked it. As far as cannons go, I like artillery, and the dwarf armies are the ones that have them, so I thought I would put a twist in the game. Tom Been derailed by a 7th year anniversery and sick kids but should finish up this game this Saturday. Next up is The Black Gates, Helms Deep, and then the Battle of Gondolin LOTR)…. |
