I placed an order for two Zuzzy mats on Nov. 6 and haven't received anything yet. I know from past experience that James typically takes a while to fulfill orders but 11 weeks seems a little excessive. I have sent three polite emails to James. The first received a stock response about being overwhelmed by orders, and an offer to refund my money. I declined because Zuzzy's stuff is great, the best in the business. The second two emails have gone answered. Have you received your Zuzzy order? |

No, but I ordered just before Xmas. I'm going to give them a few more weeks. |

This was a long time ago, but mine took months. I will be damned if the asphalt mat isn't probably the best in the business. Joey |

I ordered my mats just a little before PatrickWR. I also got a stock response to my first mail and agreed to wait rather than take a refund. I also sent some polite followups. Zuzzy just finished and shipped my order. I've reviewed all the videos around how to make your own. I don't think anything I could have done would measure up to the product Zuzzy puts out. As a customer, I don't like waiting longer than expected but as a gamer, the product is worth the cost …including waiting longer than I expected. |
