Looking for any techniques to achieve the spayed on look with a brush. Working on a batch of mid war 15mm German armor. Thanks |

I use an old brush and dab it on, giving it soft edges as opposed to stroking it on with a good brush. |

If its any use I did a tutorial on painting German camo link take alook it may be of some use, you can of course go as deep as you like with the colours you use. |

I splotch mine on with an old brush to give irregular edges, then once dry I hevily drybrush the whole thing with a lighter tan color (I use US desert sand). This kind of softens the edges and gives it a cohesive, worn look. |
