Here are several after action reports of a feudal skirmish during the 13th century. In this scenario the french knights Florent de Ville and Alain the Roucy must protect the rearguard train against the allies, Robert de Béthune and Hellin de Wavrin, vassals of the count of Flanders. This engagement took place near Bouvines, on the morning of the battle. It was at noon that the french King decided to fight and deployed the french army.

These participation games were played during the show at Seclin on saturday and sunday :

Looks like another fantastic game. Any plans of a full Bouvines battle with larger scale rules in the future?

Nothing is planned in the near future. I would like to paint all those great coat-of-arms but I lack time and motivation at the moment.

Olivier, you have a pretty good start on the armies from what I have seen. BTW, who made your wicker fencing?

I get them Total battle miniatures along with some cottages.
