New update on my blog.
katospage.blogspot.com
I'm attempting a group build project based on something historical for a change.

Looking forward to it. I keep thinking I want to do some 1/72 planes.

The SPADs of the 213th AERO appear to marked similar to other Sqns. Sqn. insignia and number on fuselage sides. Large number on top right wing and underside right of bottom wing. Sqn. stripe on top left wing.
The first flight (aircraft 1 to about 6 or 8) had red distinctive markings. See the pic half way down on the left of this article:
link
#1 with serial 6632 has a tricolor fuselage band and probably a red nose with white border and thin white web-pattern on the nose.
#6 next in line also looks to have a red nose with white border.
The third SPAD doesn't seem to have a fuselage number.
The fourth is #4 and the next is probably #5

The second flight (#9 to 16) should have white distinctive markings, but I haven't found any pics to verify it.

The third flight had blue distinctive markings and I have seen pics of #24 & #26 that show the blue noses with white borders.

Most of the above comes from various issues of Cross and Cockade (US)
