Dont think so, red for grenadiers, green for volitguers and fusiliers all have green over white
Im at work though so no books handy – dont varnish yet!

"L'Esercito del Regno Italico 1805-14 Volume 1: La fanteria" by Luca Stefano Christini & Guglielmo Aimaretti illustrations show green over white with a green tuft for 1806 onwards & then from 1812 onwards white.
