I leave the area and the local paper decides to write about my old group. Go figure. I would encourage anyone in the area near Akron-Canton Ohio to stop in at Wings Wheels & Waves in Massillon and meet the guys. link |

I'll have to put them on my list the next time I go to my parents house for the holidays. I usually try to visit a few shops. Helps with the write offs :) I went to Pittsburgh this year so I can go the other direction and hit that area next year. |

"Is he gone yet?" "Yeah – the cost is clear!" "OK, then, I can write this article now!" Cool to see coverage of the hobby in a mainstream news source (that doesn't concentrate on the freaks and geeks factor), even if it was rather Pokémon heavy. Doug |

Yeah Doug, they wait until the old geeky git was gone. They obviously wanted to keep the article high brow. The good thing about Wings Wheels Waves is that Mike, the owner, and his staff do a good job of keeping the Pokemon players confined to the basement.i CorSecEng – you should stop in, they are a good bunch of folks. Unfortunately the article didn't mention the historical gaming they do there as well. |
