This weekend the local HMGS-South group played an ACW game using the Fire and Fury rules.

Nicely done. My one criticism of F&F and not your particular AAR, is the a-historical impact mounted cavalry have in this game. Too much akin to the proto-typical Napoleonic charge I have not ready too many spots where a mounted charged served to unhinge ANY formed line. Whether the rifled musket, terrain, tactics played the part is up for debate. However, carry on! It sounds as if you guys had a great game.

I'm trying to get some ACW played by a local group too.

F&F/JR/V&B – who cares! Git sum!

Madcam.
