Based on the facts at my disposal, the accounts for Gothic Line Miniatures and Challenger were both Locked, due to evidence of a suspicious link between the two accounts, and the usage of those accounts.
Specifically, the unusual evidence was (1) both accounts had used the same email address, and (2) both accounts had used the same IP address at the time in question.
I have now had the chance to videochat with Challenger. She has explained that there is a common "staff" email address for people associated with Gothic Line, and that their internet activity often occurs when the staff are meeting together (which explains the common IP address).
I also asked her some questions to verify that she was indeed the person behind the Challenger account, and what she told me was consistent with posts previously made on that account.
I found her to be believable, and therefore have unLocked both membership accounts. It seems to me that she was promoting Gothic Line on her own, and not being used as a sock puppet by Gothic Line's owner.
In general, I always encourage people associated with miniature companies to disclose that information if they are posting on the forums regarding their company's figure lines or competitive lines. This can be done on a post-by-post basis or, for Supporting Members, in your Profile. Such disclosure protects you from the appearance of "hiding" your connections, or being a sock puppet.
