Needed for a small, local 1814 scenario. 28mm British infantry in greatcoats.
Found enough Perry miniatures to do the French Infantry and even Tirailleurs de la Garde and artillery, but nor British.

Most of the opponents will be Prussians who'll look 'winterised' enough in their long coats I guess, but in this particular 'battle' the British are described as wearing grey greatcoats. There was even a famous incident of a British unit being fired upon by Prussians because they mistook them for French because of the greatcoats.

So, is there any manufacturere who does British line infantry in greatcoats? Preferably somewhat compatible with Perry.
I gave up the search for Red Lancers in greatcoats so they'll be cold in their normal campaign dress.

Thanks very much!

Have a look at Knuckleduster: PDF link

Page 10 in the catalogue has British infantry in winter uniforms. Don't know on compatibility with Perry, but I've seen a few and they are nice sculpts.

I second the Knuckleduster recommendation. I have them and they are similar in size to the Perry range. In fact if you check the KD site there is size comparison photos of KD and Perry figures.

I don't have Foundry Brits in greatcoats but my other Foundry figures are nice sculpts but are slightly smaller than Perry and KD.

Connoisseur do British infantry in greatcoats.
Hinchliffe did all the major cavalry types in cloaks; old figures but if need is there….

Willie

The foundry ones are in their War of 1812 range not the Napoleonic Range.

They look like good figures
