That is so original! Great stuff. Does it only go side to side on the table? GBS 15mm.co.uk |

Thanks, everyone! Does it only go side to side on the table? Yes, then it moves forward one base depth and heads toward the other side |

Excellent idea. It makes me wonder how many great HoTT armies I've unwittingly passed up at thrift stores. |

Blow one up and the rest will start to move faster--LOL Great idea. |

You know, I'd paid no attention to HoTT for the longest time, but I keep seeing the most fascinating armies being fielded for the game. I may have to break down and give this a try. Grelber |

Aren't the ghosts from Pac-Man ? But
you've given me an idea
|
DesertScrb | 01 Jan 2014 11:41 a.m. PST |
Yeah, the ghosts crossed over from another arcade game (and saved me from constructing another six hordes to fill out the army). Which means a good opposing army could include Pac-Man and Mario as heroes, the players' missile bases from Space Invaders as shooters, players' spaceships from Galaga/Galaxian as fliers, etc. |

This is just great looking. It's so inspiring I might have to try this one myself! In looking through Amazon/e-bay I've noticed there are some Donkey Kong/Super Mario figures that would also be good in a video game themed army. Hmmmm

Have you tried a solo game where they do only go side to side and then forward one base ? If you kill one then ignore rolls of 1 on the PIP dice, kill two ignore 1 and 2 and so on
.until eventually the line is ragged, but they always roll a 6 for movement ! Could have them bouncing off impassable terrain to help shake it up a bit. |
