The Brigada Tripeira Christmas Reunion!

Some pics (resumed photo report) from the the Portuguese Wargaming/Modelling Group Christmas Reunion, at Coimbra city, last Saturday – a great day for us.

Here we have one of the most prolific modellers in all of Portugal! Carlos Briz – The Train Man- and is latest work.

And now guys, get ready for the piece de resistance:
Joćo Peixoto "Man Cave"!
Let's start with this model, related to the island of Tarawa
This guy lives in Coimbra, and, together with CB, has one biggest wargames and modelling colections in Portugal!

Several 1/72 scale landing crafts, related to WWII – ALL scratch-built
JP is not content with scratch-building these boats: he feels obliged to FILL them with armoured units!

The dios that Carlos Briz made on purpose and brought to Brigada Tripeira reunion, as christmas GIFTS for us, we're so lucky guys!

The complete photo report with a lot of great pics at my blog:

Merry Christmas to you all!

Jorge, thank you for posting. Lots of inspiration and I always enjoy seeing these works of art. I understand JMM's enthusiastic outburst, and hope he is enjoying his pick. : – )

I love seeing posts/blogs about wargamers from places other than the US and UK. Makes me feel part of a true community to see gamers in action in elsewhere.

His dioramas are WORKS of heART.
