I've got most of the 1/2400 ACW ships that Panzerschiffe makes, but would really like to see some steam SOL, frigates and European ironclads. Anyone thought about creating them via Shapeways? What would it cost to "sponsor" the creation of a generic steam SOL 120, 100, frigates, etc., no masts, just the hulls? Same for the half dozen UK and French ironclads built in the 1859-65 period? Even non-steam ships of the 1815-1859 period as there were huge sailing SOL built then (like the US Pennsylvania). Dan |

Tumbling dice has a nice selection of British, French and South American ironclads. They also have a nice range of steam SOL,frigates, sloops and gunboats that could be used for any nation. Highly recommended. |
