Is there a WW2 naval game with the emphasis on logistics?
With the importance of getting supplies to the front, does anyone make a game where the emphasis is supplying the fleet as well as the actual fighting?

Avalon hill's Naval War.
but in an esoteric fashion.
if you dont have the right caliber shells supplied to your ships, they cannot fire.

General Quarters 3 has deals with logistics and it's importance in their optional rules. Very hard to do logistics realistically without getting bogged down, but it was extremely important.

campaign commander:coral sea---must have supply with each fleet in order to move to objective and back. I think this is OOP but might still be found here and there.

Avalanche Press games require tracking fuel usage both when moving on the strategic map and during any battle. Fuel usage although not exact is based on speed used and differs between vessel types.

The old Complete Carriers at War required one to track fuel consumption for one's ships, though logistics weren't modeled otherwise. I don't have the new edition available through Matrix Games, so I don't know for sure, but I'd be surprised if fuel weren't modeled.

I took some notes from Struggle for the Middle Sea (good book, BTW) for use in a Med campaign I want to do in GQ3.
