Something a bit different today at Brooklyn Wargaming as I look back on my time as young scale modeller papercrafting with Dover "Cut & Assemble" books as a kid

I had all of those Dover books when they first came out. I've built them with foamcore insides and I have many of them still today. They were perfect for 25 mm figures but now a bit small for the larger scale figures I have a few that I haven't put together yet that I think I might photos enlarge just better fit the 28 mm figures. Some that I didn't make with foamcore I wanted to strengthen so i filled the inside with foam insulation, the problem is I put a little too much in and sort of expanded their sides and roundish looking buildings luckily I didn't do it very many. :) Where to buy these today? |

You can get some on Amazon still for under $10 USD, others seem to be out of print and can run $20 USD+. Ebay also has them from anywhere from $5 USD-20+
