Check the Plastic Soldier Review page. I used to have the Airfix western settlers box which had a wagon with horses, driver, seated wife, and several other civilian figures. Jim |

Off the top of my head: I believe Preiser has some in HO (1/87). In 1/72 Imex made a few in plastic. Revell made ACW Pioneer sets that could be used for civilians working. I believe both Airfix and Revell made cowboy and indian sets. There is also a company called Musket Miniatures that made metal figures in this range, but I am not sure if they are still active. |

You want the Imex Pioneers set. Men women and children doing civilian stuff: feeding chickens, hoeing corn, boiling them cabbage down, etc. |
