Found the BEST stagecoach, with a few painted Fencibles cowboys, for $5 USD at Dollar general in their Stcoking Suffer toys aisle.

True scale, including the horses, and detailed.

Best stagecoach I've seen since the old and expensive REL models or Timpo Swoppets wagons

Also sets of figures (painted indians or cowboys) for $2 USD that include the great fencibles campfire, pot held up by three poles, and a great totem pole.

Thanks! I may just wander over there after work to look for one.

Are they roughly 54mm or what?

Yes, 54mm. Horses are true 54mm as well, with saddles and all, (not typical way small horses found in many sets)

I determined that the wagons are New Ray. (which is good)

Th camp fire, tripod and kettle are worth the price of the $2 USD figure set alone!
